Use the Feedback form to report a bug, request a correction or suggest a feature. Messages are available to project administrators through a private Telegram bot. A public project email address and public social-media accounts have not been launched.

The form does not request contact details, so a personal response is not guaranteed. Do not submit passwords or sensitive personal data.

Bug Reports & Feature Requests

Include the exact page URL, browser and device, the steps that produced the problem, and a screenshot reference when the issue is visual. For a map issue, name the selected mode and approximate location or zoom level.

Data Corrections

For a wrong aircraft, vessel, station, channel, place or disaster record, include the source label and observation timestamp shown by PocketWorld. We compare correction reports with the original provider before changing local normalization or metadata. PocketWorld cannot alter an upstream agency record, but a reproducible report can improve how it is matched, labeled or displayed.

Data, Widgets & Partnerships

The same feedback form is the current intake for API usage, embeddable widgets, attribution questions and partnership proposals. Include the endpoint or PocketWorld mode you plan to use and your expected request volume.

Safety-Critical Requests

PocketWorld is not an emergency dispatch service and does not provide operational navigation support. Contact the responsible local authority for an active emergency, aviation or maritime incident. The feedback form is for corrections and technical questions, not time-sensitive safety decisions.

• Is PocketWorld free? - Yes, completely free with no registration required.
• Where does the data come from? - We use public APIs from OpenSky Network, CelesTrak, USGS, and other authoritative sources.
• Why isn't my flight/ship showing? - Not all aircraft/vessels broadcast their position. Coverage depends on ADS-B/AIS receiver networks.
• Can I use PocketWorld commercially? - Check the API, source-attribution and upstream-license terms first, then use the feedback form for a specific proposal.
